Account Manager (Dutch-speaking) – DPJ Workspace

Do you want to work in sales where customers already have a clear need — and be part of expanding into new markets?

DPJ Workspace is growing and is now looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in both developing our existing market in the Netherlands and launching our presence in Belgium.

With us, you’ll work closely with customers, helping them create functional and inspiring office environments. A large part of our business comes through our e-commerce platform, meaning you will primarily work with inbound leads and develop deals through consulting, quotations, and upselling.

About the Role

As an Account Manager at DPJ Workspace, you will play a central role in the customer journey. You will handle incoming inquiries and help customers find the right solutions for their needs, while also contributing to our international growth.

You will:

• Follow up on leads and existing customers in the Dutch market
• Support the expansion into Belgium
• Prepare quotations and manage orders
• Advise customers on furniture and interior solutions
• Actively work with upselling and increasing average order value
• Work daily in CRM and our sales systems

Who We’re Looking For

You are experienced in working with lead management systems and handle leads in a knowledgeable and engaging way. You enjoy building trust-based relationships and are motivated by both developing existing business and building something new. 

• Fluency in Dutch and the ability to communicate in English or Swedish
• Thrive in a fast-paced role with many touchpoints
• Commercially driven and service-oriented
• Structured and comfortable working in digital systems
