DPJ Workspace are looking for two dynamic Customer Service Specialists to join our team, focusing on the German speaking markets. The roles are integral for ensuring every client receives exceptional service and support, where fluency in German is essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering expert guidance on product features and services through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will manage the end-to-end order process, which includes entering orders, handling claims, processing returns, and resolving warranty cases with a focus on prompt resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will extend to monitoring customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our services. Supporting sales efforts is another key aspect of the role, where you will provide tailored product recommendations that align with customer needs and preferences.

Additionally, you will ensure seamless order fulfillment by maintaining effective communication with suppliers and transport providers. Developing an in-depth understanding of our product range will be essential to address customer inquiries thoroughly and offer informed recommendations.

Collaboration is core to this position, as you will work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience, fostering a team-oriented and customer-centric environment.

KEY COMPETENCES

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and establish strong relationships with customers.

  • Experience: Experience of working in customer service and support with the ability to work independently. Preferably from an E-commerce company with a product or interior design focus.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience in Microsoft Office and business systems; knowledge in Visma and CRM is considered a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, addressing challenges with patience and clarity

  • Customer Focus: Passion for customer service and creating a positive customer experience.

  • Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset and a strong willingness to work independently and closely with colleagues to enhance team effectiveness and success
