Vår historia och affärsmodell

DPJ Workspace grundades 1995 med visionen att förenkla köpprocessen för kontorsinredning. Vår grundare, Dick Peter Johansson, insåg behovet av en bättre och mer effektiv väg för företag att få hjälp med att inreda sina kontor.
Genom att samverka med formgivare, varumärken och producenter, har vi effektiviserat och förenklat köpprocessen för företag i förändring.
Idag är vi en heltäckande leverantör som erbjuder allt från ritning och planering till leverans och montering. Vårt mål är att göra inredningsprocessen smidig och bekymmersfri för våra kunder.

Vi erbjuder flexibla arbetstider i flera olika roller men i vår säljorganisation har vi fasta arbetstider för att kunna möta kunden under våra öppettider. Fasta arbetstider gäller även på lagret så vi kan hantera logistiken och vara tillgängliga för lastning och lossning.

Customer Service Specialist - Dutch speaking

DPJ Workspace are looking for a dynamic Dutch speaking Customer Service Specialist with a proven track record from customer service within e-commerce. This role is essential in supporting our sales growth in the Dutch and French markets and ensuring that every client receives exceptional service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering expert guidance on product features and services through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will manage the end-to-end order process, which includes entering orders, handling claims, processing returns, and resolving warranty cases with a focus on prompt resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will extend to monitoring customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our services. Supporting sales efforts is another key aspect of the role, where you will provide tailored product recommendations that align with customer needs and preferences.

Additionally, you will ensure seamless order fulfillment by maintaining effective communication with suppliers and transport providers. Developing an in-depth understanding of our product range will be essential to address customer inquiries thoroughly and offer informed recommendations.

Collaboration is core to this position, as you will work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience, fostering a team-oriented and customer-centric environment.

KEY COMPETENCES

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken. French is highly desireable. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and establish strong relationships with customers.

  • Experience: Experience of working in customer service and support with the ability to work independently. Preferably from an E-commerce company with a product or interior design focus.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience in Microsoft Office and business systems; knowledge in Visma and CRM is considered a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, addressing challenges with patience and clarity.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for customer service and creating a positive customer experience.

  • Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset and a strong willingness to work independently and closely with colleagues to enhance team effectiveness and success.
